Mk7 Golf/GTI Battery Upgrade (Replacement) and Coding

My GTI’s battery suddenly died after only two years and eight months. However, my extra electronics can be abusive to an otherwise “adequate” battery. I decided to replace the VW battery with a larger Group 48/H6 dual-purpose AGM battery. This video shows my process as well as how I coded the car to recognize the new battery.
