Theresa Glomb strives to understand how to create a positive experience at work inclusive of employee flourishing, growth, happiness, and satisfaction. She’s trying to make work great (or at least a little better). In this talk she shares three evidence-based ways to improve our working lives. Professor Theresa Glomb is the Toro Company-David M. Lilly Chair in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Theresa M. Glomb is the the Toro Company-David M. Lilly Chair in Human Resources in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She received her Ph.D. in social, organizational, and individual differences psychology from the University of Illinois and her B.A. in psychology from DePaul University. She examines the role of affect and well-being at work. Her research suggests the important role of work events and mood in predicting on the job behavior and employee well-being. Her work has been published in top management journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Applied Psychology and cited in media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal and Huffington Post.
