The education system seems to be struggling to cope with the changing dynamics of the market, especially because of technology. Mr. Desai strikes right at the heart and speaks of a required change in the education system to enhance the journey of a student walking beside technology.

Raj Desai is an established brand in the world of startups today. With ventures such as ‘ThinkScream’ and ‘The Lost Party’ under his belt, Mr. Desai is currently working on setting up SOAL – School Of Accelerated Learning, an innovation and design focused school of computer programming aimed at India and other developing economies.
An alumnus of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, Harvard Business School, and DevBoot Camp; Mr. Desai has spent a career pursuing innovation and developing technology in several sectors.
ThinkScream – Mr. Desai’s marquee accomplishment, is the Mumbai-based startup that is built around the growing demand for internet connectivity in developing economies. ThinkScream enables users to avail its “WiFi Trash Bin” to provide WiFi solutions to high-density setups.
Apart from ThinkScream, Raj has also worked on projects such as Burning Man and Cerebus – a machine that auto-sorts trash. Raj is extremely passionate about music and is an economist & math enthusiast.
Raj believes in the power of technology and innovation to change lives and has spent his life working on projects that can help several communities; creating a culture of learning and curiosity.
