How To Add Google Analytics Tracking Code to Your WordPress.org Blog

If you want to add Google Analytics tracking to a website, login to http://www.google.com/analytics and then click on the link to Admin. In the first column (at the bottom of the dropdown if there is one, ) look for “Create New Account.” Click on that and then fill out the form until you reach the tracking script Success page.
