Learn how to create a website with GoDaddy! In this video I show you how to register a domain name then make a website on it using the same software as Fortune 500 companies and celebrities. Don’t worry, no techy experience required, it’s all 100% beginner friendly.
If you have a GoDaddy domain and want to make a website on it, this is the perfect video for you. Learn how to save money on a godaddy website by making a WordPress website and using a web host (HostGator) which is actually cheaper in the long run. Of course we will learn plenty of WordPress skills from scratch too.

What is WordPress? WordPress is the #1 CMS (Content Management System). A CMS allows you to change how your site looks and organize your content (text, images, videos, etc) without having to look at code. Instead it looks like Microsoft Word but on the internet.

OPTION 1 (recommended, we use it here): register godaddy domain for under $10. Then, get hostgator hosting. As you’ll see hostgator is much cheaper at 36 months, 12 months and 1 month with our coupon BigBonus. I use this combo of godaddy and hostgator and enjoy knowing how each one works separately. It’s nice because they both specialize in each respective component and I can easily move away from one place if I want later on.
OPTION 2: (more expensive, but you get to keep everything website related at godaddy): register godaddy domain and hosting at godaddy. The cheapest monthly hosting is $7.99/mo, or $4.99/mo for 12 months. It still works.
